Ice For Cell Phones

Listing Ice In Your Contacts List For (In Case Of Emergency) Will Alert An Emt Or Police Officer That This Is The Contact You Want If You Are Unable To Call Due To Injury Etc., I Heard They Look For This.

LOL!!! The other ICE.
My mom was (retired now) a 911 operator for SanDiego Co. Sheriffs Dept and she told me about this along time ago. She said that all EMT's, Sheriffs, Police, Fire, and rescue are all trained to locate the cell phone and look for the ICE number in an emergency situation with people that are unresponsive or otherwise not able to do themselfs. Most cell phones are already set for an ICE number. You just have to put it in. It's usually the very first number listed when you look under contacts in your cell phone. Everyone should have this stored. If you dont have the ICE feature,(most all cell phones have it) you can simply go to your contacts and add in ICE (In Case Of Emergency) and put in the phone numbers that they need to get ahold of in case of an emergency. Thanks for the post and the reminder! Dave

Re: Ice For Cell Phones

just exactly how do you get the ice inside the phone... should i melt it, drip it into the charging hole, then refreeze it?

this is really bugging me...

maybe paws and hammer??? that should get it unstuck from the floor - looks like some bolts and a couple of pipes too... hammer'll take care of all that stuff, right?

i just dont want the master getting mad if i make a mess. its her cell phone, i'm just trying to make sure she's safe when she goes out.
